Introducing the Estella Turtleneck. Handmade to order from a luxuriously soft organic cotton medium-weight rib knit. GOTS-certified cotton fiber grown in the USA. We only do made-to-order, so there is no waste or overproduction of fabrics and materials. Each piece is one-of-a-kind like you.

It features:

- A classic fitted turtleneck shape

- Long sleeves, which can be custom by choosing made to measure option and letting us know the length you want

- Elegant and unique shell tuck hem on the sleeves and bodice hem

- simply machine wash cool separately, No chlorine bleach, Line dry or tumble dry low until dry. Shrinking is expected due to being 100% Cotton

-Made to order in Sonoma County, California with sunshine (our workshop in CA is solar powered)

Garment Production + Delivery

The turnaround time to sew your garment is currently 14 business days from your order date (we are closed Saturdays and Sundays). Shipping then is estimated at 5-7 business days within the USA. Worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout. We do ship items out as we complete them, and will notify you when your order is out for delivery.

Return Policy

Each Standard Sizing Nikki Marie garment and/or accessory is handmade to order, so we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.

You may return for a one-time even exchange, store credit, or a full refund to the original form of payment for up to 14 days after delivery is received, unworn, and unharmed. Original Tags must be still attached. Items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. This includes any stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal hair, etc. If an item is determined to be as such, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Nikki Marie reserves the right to decline a refund if items are damaged or held for longer than 14 days after delivery. Just email us at returns@nikkimarieapparel.com to request a return, and we will send you a label for your return package. Please track your return package as Nikki Marie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value. Please contact returns@nikkimarieapparel.com who will send you the pre-paid return label by email.

Any custom or altered garment cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you need any adjustments or have any questions/concerns please let us know by emailing us at n@nikkimarieapparel.com
